Sam works in the UBS Group Innovation team where he leads the blockchain / distributed ledger technology innovation initiatives for the organization. He joined UBS in February 2019 before which he led the blockchain strategy for Refinitiv (the Financial & Risk business of Thomson Reuters).
Sam has a background in product strategy and product management having worked in New York, Hong Kong and Switzerland. Sam has a Masters in Financial Strategy from the University of Oxford and currently lives in Zug, Switzerland. Sam was a founding board member of the Crypto Valley Association.
